Vitalogie

Vita = Life

Vitalogy has a lot to do with your life!

Vitalogy is an entirely natural and straightforward way for protecting and maintaining your health!

Splendid health cannot be taken for granted

“First man needs health to run after money, and then he needs money to run after his health”.

The constantly increasing costs, which we spent on our health system, clearly show that we can hardly afford to restore health. We have to make every effort to avoid losing our health.

Moderate movement, healthy food and a positive attitude towards life may contribute to maintain our health to a certain extent, but it is not yet enough!

Every disease that can be avoided needs not to be healed. There is a simple way to support the constant regeneration of the body. It represents a straightforward and effective method and a new direction, which may change the future of our increasingly costly health care system.

The basic principle according to which our body is functioning is very simple and logical! By understanding this simple principle we are able to implement an optimum preventive health care measure. It is essential to know that our nervous system is the most important organ that controls and coordinates the functioning, generation and regeneration of the human body. That means that all vital processes depend on a smoothly functioning nervous system. If the nervous system cannot fully perform its tasks, it has negative effects on the vital functions.

The importance of the nervous system can also be seen from the fact that it is the first organ that is being created in the womb after conception and only then followed by all the other organs and limbs. It is also interesting that the nervous system is already fully developed at the moment of birth. The nervous cells cease to multiply after birth and only increase in size and volume as the person grows up. Man relies all his life on a smoothly functioning nervous system.

As a consequence, this important organ has to be taken care of throughout all our life so that it may perform its tasks as smoothly as possible. Well protected, a part of the nerves is threading through the spinal canal of the spine. Postural problems of the spine can lead to slight tensions, which may reduce the functioning of the nerves. Research studies at the University of Colorado revealed that a pressure of 30 mm mercury column on a nerve is enough to reduce the potential activity of the nerve, which supports a specific organ, by some 50%. With a pressure of 50 mm Hg column this potential was reduced to less than 25%. With lasting pressure it even resulted in biochemical changes and production of toxins. The functioning, the generation and regeneration of the body are no longer fully ensured.

Body Posture and Emotions

Besides the purely mechanical strain on the nerves there is a long list of additional influences. How do we react, for example, when we are frightened? We automatically duck our heads, draw our upper arms close to the body and try to hide ourselves away. The spine gets distorted, because the cramped muscles pull at the structure. The same happens when we are under stress or have spent the whole day sitting in front of the computer. All kinds of emotion – love, joy, hatred, worries, excitement, stress, sorrow and depression – are reflected in a specific posture, which unnecessarily places additional strain on our spine, ligaments, sinews and muscles. If the subtle balance of the skeleton is disturbed even while standing, it is easy to imagine that the strain on the entire skeleton, muscles and ligaments is even worse when the person is moving.

Such postural distortions inevitably place a pressure on the nerves and can lead to a malfunction or insufficient support of the organs when the nerves in the intervertebral holes are constricted or irritated over a longer period of time.

The Statics of the Body

To understand how the statics of the body may be disturbed, it is necessary to have a closer look at the biomechanics of the body. The first vertebra in the neck, i.e. the atlas vertebra, is meant to keep our heads in the optimum posture on the cervical vertebrae and give maximum mobility. This vertebra also carries the spinal cord and the head arteries. The optimum posture of the first cervical vertebra is essentially important for the statics of the entire spinal column.

An example will illustrate the importance of a good balance for the spinal column:

Let’s say that you want to build a high tower out of wooden blocks. You pile up the blocks with great precision. When you put only one single block on your relatively high tower in a way that it is does not fit on one side, the tower will eventually collapse, because it gets lopsided and finally loses balance. Our skeleton can be compared to such a tower. That may be a highly simplified comparison, though it holds much truth in it. What will happen, when on top of the “skeleton tower” the weight of the head is placed at an angle on the spine? The ligaments, sinews and muscles, which directly and subtly restore the balance, get strained to compensate for the improper posture. The muscles are tensed, strained and may develop muscular hardening and tenseness. The pelvis may also lose its optimum position. It is a compelling fact that about 95% of all seeming leg length inequalities can be attributed to a misalignment of the pelvis and improved by restoring the structural balance of the spine.

Any postural faults of the pelvis will inevitably lead to additional tenseness of the muscles: due to the misalignment of the pelvis the hip joints, knee joints and almost all joints of the human body are improperly strained which may lead to increased wear. The main cause of an improper posture and a seeming leg length inequality is an improper position of the first vertebra in the neck.

As a consequence, the nerves are disturbed and cause a malfunction of the entire organism, because they can no longer correctly transmit the vitally important signals from the brain.

Man is doing a lot to make the bad situation even worse. He sits in an improper posture (with his legs crossed, twisted and with a curved back) on his office chair, in his car, in his TV chair, or does excessive sports while his body is untrained. Stress in the office, matrimonial conflicts, financial troubles and other problems are further factors that lead to tenseness and cramps, which disturb the central nervous system. Those who cannot avoid all these negative influences should definitely look after their central nervous systems on a regular basis!

KIVITEC-Vitalogy – a philosophy and an art

The great strength of vitalogy lies in the fact that it can activate the self-healing forces of the body by eliminating the primary (main, major) cause of a health problem by giving the innate intelligence the chance to repair the suffered damage as well as it can.

The particular quality of vitalogy is that it focuses exclusively on the atlas vertebra, and never uses any medicine, never fights the symptoms, never makes any medical diagnosis and never heals any diseases.

Whoever can claim to be able to heal? Neither a doctor nor a vitalogist can heal. We can only give impulses and hope that the inner innate wisdom may restore the harmony of the imbalanced system. Vitalogy follows its own path. It does not interfere with the functional processes of the body, but gives the inner innate wisdom the possibility to use its implement, the nervous systems, once again in an optimum way. By correcting the posture of the atlas vertebra the cells and organs are again supplied with the right information and the body regenerates as best it can.

Vitalogy is symbolically based on two pillars. The first pillar is philosophy and reflects the idea that the body can only function correctly and remain healthy, provided that the nervous systems can function smoothly. And it is exactly this precondition that is not given in case of vertebral subluxation, which often leads to serious implications. The logical consequence is that malfunctions of the body can be eliminated by correcting the dislocated atlas vertebra.

The second pillar of vitalogy is art. It is the art of recognizing the location of the atlas vertebra and restoring the optimum location if a dislocation has been identified.

The Method of Vitalogy

The effectiveness of this preventive method, which is well known in Switzerland and Germany, has been confirmed in a clinical research study with 160 patients. Although the symptoms had not been taken into account in anyone of the cases, the overall well-being of the patients increased by 35% in physical terms, and by 26% in psychical terms. This result had been achieved after as little as 8 applications in a period of four to six weeks (on average).

The investigated symptoms decreased by 33% in terms of intensity, by 23% in terms of duration, and by 37% in terms of frequency. These are average values and cannot be applied to individual persons. The results are surprising, as the related symptoms had never been treated. With all participants in the study only the vital functions had been optimised, thereby activating their self-healing forces.

The philosophy of this method does not consist in a series of a few applications, but rather on a regular treatment over a long period of time. The periods in-between the treatments should be shorter, the greater and more intense the strain. After 4 weeks at the latest a control check should be made.

To feel well is not the same as being healthy! Before a disease manifests, the vital function has been disturbed for long, which often remains unnoticed but could be improved beforehand.
